Cranswick Country Foods Poultry is a specialty producer of delicious, cooked poultry ingredients and is a leading innovator in the industry. We create exciting, original products that meet the needs of today’s busy consumers.
We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our High Risk department as a Team Leader. The key elements of the role are:
- Ensure product traceability is maintained at all times
- Conduct pre-flight checks, checking the machine speed is set up correctly, and ensuring there is no visual damage to the machine
- Ensure the lines are serviced with the required specification product
- Ensure the product size is reduced and packed to the correct specification (orientation, product size, correct packaging used, etc.)
- Assist in the delivery of training for both new and established team members as per production, food safety, and technical protocols
- Ensure the company's hygiene policies are adhered to and maintained at all times
- Ensure correct storage of the product in the area
- Ensure correct recording of KPI and technical documentation
- Ensure all issues are communicated to the manager in a timely manner
- Allocate operatives on work stations
Shift is from 5am to 5pm, 4 days on 4 days off.
