Cranswick Gourmet Kitchen is supplying high quality cooked product to a number of market leading customers. The goal of our food manufacturing site, Cranswick Gourmet Kitchen, is to produce quality cooked food for market leading customers. As a team, we aim to create a culture where everything we do is to the highest possible standard and we are looking for like-minded individuals to be a part of this.
We are looking to recruit a Skilled Production Operative for our Collation Area to join our team. The ideal candidate will be reliable, show initiative, and have accuracy with excellent attention to detail. As a Skilled Production Operative, you will be responsible for completing verification checks and being able to operate and understand all machinery, ensuring high quality product is being continuously produced.
Shifts: Monday to Friday 06:30-15:00 or 15:00-23:30
Pay rate: £13.03 Per Hour for AM shift and £14.02 Per Hour for PM shift

Key attributes we are looking for:
- Experience within the food industry in a role that is machine orientated
- Conscientious, enthusiastic and willingness towards meeting deadlines
- Be able to show initiative and good problem solving skills
- Good knowledge of basic food hygiene and health & safety principles
- Ability to communicate, understand and follow instructions and have good attention to detail
