An exciting new opportunity has arisen for an Engineering Supervisor to join our busy Engineering Team at Cranswick Country Foods Prepared Poultry.
Purpose of the Role: To assist the Maintenance Manager with the maintenance strategy to achieve site and business goals including proactive and planned preventative maintenance, as well as reactive maintenance. This is an engineering hands-on role but includes planning and delegation of works to shift engineers, ensuring all daily tasks are completed and signed off. The aim is to continuously improve the availability and reliability of all equipment and produce products in a safe and cost-effective manner.
