About the Commercial Graduate Programme
Our Commercial Graduate Programme is your chance to really get to know how our food business works, from farm to the supermarket shelves. You’ll work with major retailers, learning how we develop and deliver the products people love. Over the two-year programme, you’ll rotate through different teams, getting hands-on experience and building skills in areas like sales, marketing, and product development. With support from our commercial leaders, you’ll work on real projects that matter and have the chance to help shape the future of our business.
