We are a reputable, well known, established and expanding FMCG company based in Middlesex. We are currently looking to recruit a Junior Operations Analyst at our Wembley site.
Summary
To ensure that all operations activity is captured and measured to provide complete and accurate data. To work with other teams within the business to ensure that the data flow required is completed as expected, is accurate and is completed in a timely manner. Provide accurate and measurable KPI dashboards. Analyse data and indicate where opportunities for improvement arise.
Main duties include (but not limited to):
- Ensure the necessary paperwork/records are received and maintained.
- All records should be maintained in a way that makes them easy to find and understand.
- Analyse data received and challenge where it looks inaccurate.
- Report Running.
Requirements, experience and person specification
- 3 years’ experience of working in an admin role.
- 3 years’ experience of working in a similar FMCG environment would be advantageous.
- Experience of working with Microsoft Navision would be advantageous.
- Experience of working with an ERP system is essential.
- Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and flexible approach.
- Good at problem solving and analysis.
