  • Shape talent, development, and succession plans to support long‑term site capability.
  • Lead and develop the site HR team, championing a high‑performance, inclusive culture.

  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in supporting managers in areas like employee relations, performance, and engagement.
  • Excellent relationship‑building skills with the ability to establish trust across all levels of the business.
  • Solid knowledge of employment law, recruitment, and ER, with the ability to handle complex HR issues.
  • A proactive, solution‑focused approach to driving HR improvements and supporting business success.
  • A strong team player who works collaboratively across the business, builds positive and respectful relationships, and contributes to a high‑trust, high‑standards culture where people support one another and pull in the same direction.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive Salary: Discussed at application stage.
  • Car Allowance
  • Share Save Scheme: Access to purchase shares at a discounted rate.
