  • Oversee maternity/paternity process, ensuring that all communication is sent to the relevant workers.
  • Compile and report on monthly/quarterly KPIs including absence, turnover, retention and headcount.
  • Track and analyse trends on employee relations and provide ideas for improvements.
  • Monitor, measure and report on equal opportunities information and workforce demographics.
  • Engage with the on-site Labour partners, ensuring that the Representatives meet company requirements.
  • Lead HR initiatives, such as Wellbeing week, staff survey and fundraising events.
  • Support the HR Manager to maximize the effective deployment of performance management processes to enhance individual and business performance.
  • Assist in the development of the HR Apprentice.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience working in a busy HR environment – you’re comfortable juggling priorities and supporting a wide range of people needs.

  • Strong communication and organisational skills – you’re approachable, reliable and confident working with colleagues at all levels.
  • A calm, steady approach under pressure – even when things get busy, you keep a cool head and a positive attitude.

Why Join Us?

  • Development with a growing and continually investing business.
  • Genuine opportunities to progress, learn and shape your HR career with access to personal development and pathways to support your growth.
