  • Coordinate all external reporting and submissions, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Provide expert guidance and practical support to site HR teams, acting as a trusted point of contact for queries and advice.
  • Lead regular audits and checks to ensure roles, pay, documentation and site allocations remain aligned and compliant.
  • Oversee renewals, starters, leavers and contractual changes, ensuring activity is planned, timely and well‑controlled.
  • Support capability building across HR by delivering guidance and training on compliance requirements and best practice.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to liaise effectively with site teams, senior stakeholders and external partners.
  • A highly organised, detail‑focused professional who is comfortable working with complex data, systems and processes.
  • A methodical and proactive approach, with the ability to plan ahead, manage deadlines and maintain accurate, well‑controlled records.
  • Confidence using HR systems and digital platforms, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • The ability to provide clear guidance and constructive support, helping others understand and work within established frameworks.
  • A collaborative mindset, balanced with the confidence to provide challenge where needed.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive Salary: Discussed at application stage.
  • Car Allowance.
