Location: Hessle, East Yorkshire, with travel across Yorkshire, Lincs, Notts & Midlands
Contract Type: Full Time, Permanent
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, with flexibility required for travel
About the Role
White Rose Farms Ltd\’s Compliance Team is headquartered in Hessle, with farms located across Yorkshire, Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire, and the Midlands. As part of the leading food producer Cranswick, we are experiencing ongoing business growth, and an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Field Auditor to join an experienced team.
The primary purpose of this role is to efficiently and effectively ensure supplier approval and associated animal welfare systems are delivered and maintained in compliance with both legislation and Cranswick whilst working alongside the team.

Key Responsibilities
- Working alongside farms and carrying out farm visits to ensure industry standards are met
- Ensuring effective communication of best practice and customer specified animal welfare standards
- Keeping Wold, White Rose, and Cranswick protocols up to date on farm in line with legislation and industry changes
- Attending farm audits
- Liaising with and supporting the wider field-based team
About You
- Experience with livestock, preferably pigs but not essential
- A strong focus on animal welfare and maintaining high standards
- Ability to multitask, work to deadlines, prioritise and complete tasks with a strong attention to detail
- Self‑motivated and to be able to work alone and as part of a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- IT competent, including Microsoft Office
- Clean UK driving licence
