BTS, part of Wayland Farms Ltd, is recruiting for a Multiskilled Technician.
Job description: Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Repairing and servicing equipment and buildings on company and associated farms, including Watton workshops.
- Maintaining and expanding the company’s indoor and outdoor pig units, including brick & blockwork, shuttering carpentry (first & second fix), groundworks, plumbing, welding, fitting, basic fabrication, forklift, teleporter, and tractor driving.
- Ensuring all vehicles supplied for section use are kept in roadworthy condition and reporting any damage.
- Salary – £DOE
- Shift pattern: Monday to Friday with alternate weekend work, totaling 45 hours per week.
- Pension scheme: 3% employer contributions / 5% employee contributions.
- Additional benefits include a discounted share scheme and death in service insurance.
