Cranswick Country Foods in Watton is part of the hugely successful Cranswick PLC. This is a great chance to kick start your career in HR within an exciting fast-paced industry and passionate, generalist, experienced and established hands-on team.
You will gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and employee engagement. You will support the team in delivering a high-quality HR service whilst learning and developing your own HR skills and knowledge.
What will I need?
- A strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources
- Basic understanding of HR principles and practices is an advantage but not required
- To be comfortable using computer and software packages
- Willingness to complete an apprenticeship suitable to your level (Level 3 or Level 5) and experience in addition to further training and willingness for further study to support your progression.
- To be a natural communicator, have great attention to detail, and the ability to work professionally and maintain confidentiality and discretion as part of your day-to-day activities.
Pay and benefits:
- Starting salary of £20,800 per annum, which will progress with your experience and apprenticeship
