Hours: 35 per week

Salary: £26,260 - £32,116 per annum depending on experience

Contract: FTC until 31st March 2026 with the potential to become permanent

We provide a range of services for those affected by alcohol and other drugs across Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead (RBWM). Across RBWM, Cranstoun co-ordinate the treatment and support of people who use our services, helping them to deal with their substance use so that they can change their lives, be happy and reach their goals.

Cranstoun’s local Senior Practitioner, Primary Care Lead will be based in service and will be paramount in enhancing the overall service offer. You will be responsible for delivering a good quality and safe environment to the people you manage and supervise, ensuring they have been provided with the tools to support others.

You will have good knowledge of harm reduction and if you are someone who enjoys problem solving to help people to change their lives for the better, this role’s right for you. The most important thing you’ll bring to this role is your desire and ability to make a positive difference to people’s lives. Our staff teams are motivated and committed to delivering a quality service to residents of RBWM and we are looking for likeminded individuals to join us.

You will have good Microsoft Office skills and be able to manage your own diary efficiently and proactively. You will have integrity, enthusiasm, and a passion to make a difference.

All post holders may be required to work some evenings, to meet our service delivery requirements. The core service operates Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm, and Tuesday’s 9am - 7pm. All posts are subject to an enhanced DBS Disclosure. Please note we are unable to accept CVs.
