A unique, exciting opportunity has arisen within the service to join us as our Dynamic-Evolving Model of Outreach (DEMO) Practitioner until March 2026 with scope for further employment post this.

This role will specifically support people in the Sandwell area.

Salary: £25,630 to £30,490 per annum pro rata
