Cranstoun is seeking an Operations Manager for the Worcestershire Drug and Alcohol Service, within our Workshops and Recovery Team and our Here4YOUth team. You will lead two teams, line-manage a range of Key Workers, and drive safe, effective service delivery across the county.
You will work with external agencies, review incidents and audits, and participate in duty management. This role may involve some evenings to meet service needs.
