We provide a range of services within Windsor & Maidenhead for those affected by alcohol and other drugs, helping them to deal with their substance use so that they can change their lives, be happy and reach their goals.

As an Operations Manager within the Windsor & Maidenhead service, you will be responsible for providing a good quality and safe service to the people we support. Our staff are vital to delivering quality services and this role will include direct line management of Key Workers. You will also ensure the safe and effective day to day running of the service, and will support the Service Manager to ensure the service delivers against performance outcomes.

You will have an in depth understanding of substance use, harm reduction and treatment modalities, as well as experience of managing people. The most important thing you’ll bring to this role is your desire and ability to support staff.
