Cranstoun Group is seeking an Operations Manager for the Worcestershire Drug and Alcohol Service within the Workshops and Recovery Team. The role leads a team across the County, ensuring safe, effective and efficient service delivery while supporting the County Manager.
You will line manage Key Workers and the Volunteer/Peer Mentor Co-ordinator, oversee performance, and ensure high standards of practice. The post requires DBS clearance and flexibility for some evenings.
