The predicted salary is between 26000 - 32000 £ per year.

Salary: £26,000 to £32,000 per annum plus Inner London Weighting of £4,000.

Hours: 35 hours per week. Working on a rota covering 7 days a week, early shifts (8am-3.30pm) and late shifts (2.30pm-10pm).

Who we are – Cranstoun is a social justice and harm reduction charity. We offer a wide range of services across England including housing & homelessness, substance use, domestic abuse, children & young people and criminal justice.

About the job – An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Supported Housing Services in Wandsworth. The service offers 30 units of accommodation across five sites, together with a floating support service that helps residents make a smooth transition into independent living and provides ongoing support to individuals within the community who require additional assistance. This role will operate across different levels of supported housing, including a flexible threshold unit that adopts a harm reduction approach and delivers community-based support tailored to individual needs.

As a Senior Practitioner, you will play a key role in coordinating and overseeing casework, care management, and specific service projects. Working closely with the team, you will help ensure the delivery of consistent, high-quality support that promotes safety, recovery, and independence for all residents.
