Our skilled and compassionate people work closely with services users and their families to change and save lives. We combine provenexpertisein harm reduction,clinicaltreatmentand recovery with innovative approaches. Weactively involve those we help in improving the design of the services we provide. Ourkeyworkers work in operational teamscoveringallofthe six towns of Sandwellsupported by a team leader and senior practitioner.You willbe responsible fordeliveringa good qualityand safe service to the people you supportincludingassessment andengagement support,caseloadmanagement, needle syringe programme delivery, harm reductioninterventions,outreachandgroup work as well as other associated duties. You will havegoodknowledge of harm reduction and be committed to the delivery of a dynamic andgood qualitytrauma informedalcohol and drug service.

Our staff teams are motivated and committed to delivering a quality service to residents of Sandwell and we are looking forlike-mindedindividuals to join us. You will have good Microsoft office skills and be able to manage your own diary efficiently and proactively.You will have integrity,enthusiasmandapassion to make a difference.

All post holders may be required to work some evenings, and some unsociable hours in order to meet our service delivery requirements. The core service operates Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm with additional hours on some evenings. There will be a requirement to cover these hours on a rota basis.
