Salary: £25,250 – £30,044 per annum depending on experience Positions available: up to 2 posts Hours: 35 per week Contract: Fixed Term (until 31st March 2026). Fixed term positions also have potential to become permanent positions during employment Location: Worcester with ability to travel across Worcestershire Ref: 1225 Cranstoun is an independent charity and leading provider of specialist treatment, harm reduction and recovery services to those affected by drug and alcohol use. Our skilled and compassionate people work closely with services users to give them the tools to create positive and lasting change. We combine proven expertise in treatment and recovery with innovative approaches and actively involve those we help in improving the design of the services we provide. Across Worcestershire, Cranstoun co-ordinate the treatment and support of people who use our services, helping them to deal with their substance use so that they can change their lives, be happy and reach their goals. You will provide a high-quality service to individuals presenting or in need, which have a history of substance misuse or alcohol related problems and additional complexities such as co-occurring conditions or homelessness. Working in a trauma informed approach you will provide: flexible outreach, advice, advocacy, harm reduction, psychosocial interventions and work in close partnership with other agencies to case manage this cohort so they can access a full range of services. The most important thing you’ll bring to this role is your desire and ability to make a positive difference to people’s lives. Our staff teams are motivated and committed to delivering a quality service to residents of Worcestershire and we are looking for likeminded individuals to join us. You will have good Microsoft Office skills and be able to manage your own diary efficiently and proactively. You will have integrity, enthusiasm, and a passion to make a difference. You will predominantly be based in Worcester City but may be required to provide outreach in other areas of the County based on presenting need. All posts are subject to an enhanced DBS check.
