Cranstoun in Oxfordshire is seeking a Youth Substance Use Worker to support young people and families affected by substance use.
The role covers the northwest of Oxfordshire, with outreach to schools, colleges, partner agencies and community venues.
You will deliver evidence-based psychosocial interventions through 1:1, group and online sessions.
The post is permanent, 35 hours per week, with one late evening and occasional weekends. Driver with access to car insurance is preferred.
