Domestic Abuse Service Manager

Salary Range: £33,130 – £40,360 per annum 

Contract: Permanent 

Hours: 35 per week

Cranstoun has an exciting opportunity to manage the delivery and development of our Domestic Abuse Support Service in Wokingham.

As Service Manager, you will: 

• Lead and manage service delivery. 

• Oversee service delivery and development. 

• Lead on partnership working and collaboration across Wokingham. 

• Support staff in their work, ensuring high-quality and safe practice. 

We are looking for someone with: 

• Management experience. 

• A demonstrable track record in domestic abuse and/or health and social care. 

• A wide-ranging understanding of all forms of domestic abuse. 

• A passion for collaboration, partnership, strategic, and service development. 

The successful candidate will be subject to an Enhanced DBS check against relevant barred lists.
