Cranstoun is a social justice and harm reduction charity. We offer a wide range of services across England including housing & homelessness, substance use, domestic abuse, children & young people and criminal justice.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our newly supported housing service in Sandwell, which accommodates 34 adults who have been homeless. The service supports residents to live as independently as possible and to achieve their individual goals. The accommodation comprises of 34 self-contained flats.

The role involves providing day to day operational management and supporting the service manager in the ongoing development of the service. You will have experience of working at management level within a housing, social care or health setting and preferably previous experience of working within supported housing, plus experience of working with people with multiple disadvantages.

Applicants must be able to provide satisfactory evidence of their right to work in the UK at the application stage. All posts are subject to an enhanced DBS Disclosure.
