Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role, based in Belfast, for a Telesales Manager Player/Manager style role. The Telesales Manager will lead and manage a telesales team, develop strategies to enhance sales performance, conduct training sessions, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. The role also involves analysing sales data, setting performance targets, and providing hands-on support to team members to achieve organisational goals. Additionally, the Telesales Manager will maintain effective communication with clients while creating a positive and motivating team environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients and resolve inquiries effectively.
  • Proven Team Management and Training skills to lead and develop a high-performing telesales team.
  • Analytical Skills to review sales data, monitor performance, and optimise sales strategies.
  • Ability to set and achieve targets, demonstrate leadership, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Experience in telesales or a similar sales management role is highly desirable.
