Marketing Executive – New Role

Cransford is growing — and we’re looking for a motivated Marketing Executive to take ownership of our marketing activity across social media, events, and client campaigns.

This is a brand-new role with huge potential, offering a genuine pathway to progression into a Group Marketing Manager position.

About the Role

As our Marketing Executive, you’ll lead the development and delivery of marketing activity for both Cransford and our diverse client portfolio.

This is a hands‑on role with real autonomy — perfect for someone who wants to take ownership and build a marketing function from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

• Grow and manage Cransford’s social media presence across all platforms
• Plan, attend, and represent the business at networking events (e.g., Chamber of Commerce, industry functions)
• Develop and deliver marketing campaigns for our clients
• Produce engaging content: posts, blogs, visuals, video snippets, etc.
• Track performance and report on campaign success
• Support wider business development and brand awareness initiatives

About You

We’re looking for someone eager to step up, take responsibility, and bring fresh ideas.

You should have:

• A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
• OR proven experience delivering the responsibilities outlined
• At least 1 year of marketing experience
• Strong understanding of social media and content creation
• Excellent communication skills and confidence representing the business at events
• A proactive, self‑starting mindset and willingness to learn
