Maintain optimum layout and storage practices, and Operational Excellence. Allocate resources and achieve key objectives, ensuring SOP's are followed and warehouse staff mentored Standardise processes, working closely with various depts within Supply Chain. Eliminate Waste and Increase efficiency The Person: You'll have 5 plus years in a warehouse environment and good Supervisory experience You'll currently be in a similar role, managing people, inventory, safety, on time delivery and accuracy Experience reducing waste and improving processes Strong Warehouse Management and problem solving skills Excellent Leadership & People Mgt skills.
