For Companies Our Manufacturing Clientrequire a talented Engineering Manager / Lead Mechanical Design Engineer to solely or jointly manage the design function (60-70K Package).

As an Engineering Manager / Lead Mechanical Design Engineer you will be responsible for the operation of the vehicle/ mobile machinery design dept.
You\’ll ensure accuracy of drawings and specifications, manage projects and juniors and be comfortable as a member of the Senior Management Team.
The Role: Develop Aspects of Business Strategy whilst launching new products to market Manage dept design engineers and processes in a hands on fashion.
Ensure accuracy of drawings and specifications Develop New Products and Assist with Costings Liaise with Customers & Improve efficiencies, assist with documentation The Person: You\’ll have a strong 3D modelling background within Heavy Machinery, Vehicles/ Automotive.
Good Knowledge of legislation, compliance, processes and NPI Good People skills and experience of managing a team/ juniors.
