Our Manufacturing Client near Derry City requires a qualified or time served Electrician / Electrical Engineer to join the team. As an Electrician/ Electrical Engineer you will have experience of electrical control systems and reading electrical drawings. The role comes with an extensive benefits package and is factory based, with no travel necessary.

The Role:

  • Responsible for electrical fault finding/ diagnostics on mobile machinery and production line wiring machines on assembly lines and fitting of electrical systems.
  • Troubleshoot electrical faults/ problems and gain exposure to software faults.
  • Minimise downtime by responding to breakdowns on the production line.
  • Read electrical drawings.

The Person:

  • You will have an electrical qualification or be a time served electrical engineer/ electrician.
  • Experience of working with electrical control systems.
  • Knowledge of 3 phase / electrical drawings.
  • Experience within a manufacturing environment is highly desirable.
