Our Manufacturing Client requires an Electrical Test Engineer to ensure the quality of electrical and electronic products. As an Electrical Test Engineer, you will troubleshoot and carry out improvements using testing equipment.

The Role:

  • Carry out Quality Assurance / QA using testing equipment within a busy environment
  • Diagnose electrical faults to minimise downtime and create efficiencies
  • Read and interpret electrical drawings
  • Oversee testing operations and lead root cause analysis
  • Provide training and guidance to test operators

The Person:

  • You will have 2 or more years in a similar Electrical Test Engineer role
  • Experience using testing equipment
  • Strong understanding of schematics, electrical drawings, troubleshooting, and fault diagnosis
  • Good problem-solving skills; understanding of Lean / Continuous Improvement is advantageous
