Our Manufacturing Client requires Senior Electrical Design Engineers/ Automation Engineers (packages to 55-65K) to join the team. As an Electrical Design Engineer/ Automation Engineer, you will design 2D schematics and/or develop PLC Programmer designs. Strong Graduate Engineers with industry experience will be considered for both teams.

The Role (ICA Automation Engineer/ PLC Programmer):

  • Utilise the latest Automotive battery powered technologies within a team of elite designers.
  • Design electrical software or hardware within the Automotive Industry - making vehicles smarter & safer.
  • Test new vehicle ranges/control systems, minimising human error.
  • Identify control system problems and implement solutions.

The Person (Electrical Engineer):

  • You will have an electrical degree or strong hands-on electrical experience.
  • You will have strong 2D drawing or PLC programming electrical design skills.
  • You will have knowledge of AC & DC systems.
  • Experience within a manufacturing or industrial design environment.
  • Knowledge of PLC Programming desirable.
