The Role: Own the Production Plan ensuring feasible schedules are executed Balance Customer Demand, Labour, Material availability, Equipment and Capacity, Controlling Costs & Capital Work with Cross-functional departments whilst driving excellence and reducing bottlenecks Support Continuous Improvement and translate Demand into clear capacity requirements Support Decisions on shifts, overtime, outsourcing & Capital Investment Highlight risks in advance, identify root cause analysis and support material strategies The Person: You will have strong Production Planner/ Production Scheduler experience You will have a related degree in Manufacturing or very strong experience to replace You will have handled complex products, optimized production flow, managed stakeholders and owned the end to end Master Schedule Possess Strong IT/ ERP / MRP experience.
