A fabulous global manufacturer requires a Senior/Master Production Planner/Production Scheduler to control the end-to-end production plan. You will currently be in a similar senior position, Production Manager or Manufacturing Manager with the capacity to carry out this prestigious role.

The Role:
- Own the production plan ensuring feasible schedules are executed.
- Balance customer demand, labour, material availability, equipment and capacity, controlling costs & capital.
- Work with cross-functional departments whilst driving excellence and reducing bottlenecks.
- Support continuous improvement and translate demand into clear capacity requirements.
- Support decisions on shifts, overtime, outsourcing & capital investment.
- Highlight risks in advance, identify root cause analysis and support material strategies.
The Person:
- You will have moved from a Production Planner/Production Scheduler into a senior role.
- You will have a related degree in manufacturing or very strong experience to replace.
- You will have handled complex products, optimized production flow, managed stakeholders and owned the end-to-end master schedule.
- Possess strong IT/ERP/MRP experience.
