Wealthy Tyrone Machinery Manufacturer require a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer or Engineering Manager to manage a Design Division. You will either currently be an Engineering Manager or a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer ready for the transition. You will be experienced in managing projects, engineers and have excellent 3D modelling skills.
The Role:
- Distribute Project Workload to Engineers
- Carry out Quality Checks, Problem Solve & Liaise with Clients
- Coach/mentor junior engineers
- Set out Targets/KPIs and overlook timely completion of work
- You will carry out 3D modelling when appropriate
The Person:
- Manufacturing/Engineering degree
- Excellent 3D design experience
- You will enjoy a fast-paced environment with an expanding product range
- Enjoy managing a team, and leading and delivering engineering design projects
