Our Manufacturing Client requires Senior Electrical Design Engineer/ Automation Engineers (packages to 55-65K) to join the team. As an Electrical Design Engineer/ Automation Engineer you will carry out 2D schematics and/or develop PLC Programmer designs. Strong Graduate Engineers with industry experience will be considered for both teams.
The Role (ICA Automation Engineer/ PLC Programmer):
- Utilise the latest Automotive battery powered technologies within a team of elite designers.
- Design electrical software or hardware within the Automotive Industry - making vehicles smarter & safer.
- Test new vehicle ranges/control systems, minimising human error.
- Identify control system problems and implement solutions.
The Person (Electrical Engineer):
- You will have an electrical degree or strong hands-on electrical experience.
- You will have strong 2D drawing or PLC programming electrical design skills.
- You will have knowledge of AC & DC systems.
- Experience within a manufacturing or industrial design environment.
- Knowledge of PLC Programming desirable.
