We require a Senior Office Administrator / Service Manager (35K-40K, Mon-Fri) with Strong Office Skills to help coordinate logistics / transport planner activities. As Transport Administrator / Logistics Coordinator you will thrive in a dynamic working environment. Logistics background is helpful, however any role involving scheduling of manpower, service engineers or transport is key. Role is Belfast based. 1-2 days Work from home available as well as career opportunities and access to a wide range of CPD courses.
The Role:
- Support General Manager with daily transport planning, within a busy storage and Commercial removals environment
- Carry out Administration, Schedule Planning & Coordinate your team
- Carry out invoicing, Back Office Support and deal with Compliance/ logistics issues
- Administer Job Completion Paperwork
- Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth running of the office
The Person:
- You'll currently be in a similar role ensuring smooth delivery of services
- You'll have experience managing Transport, Drivers or Service Engineers or Contractors etc...
- Experience of maintaining accurate records, Invoicing, Financial Admin
- Ability to prioritise tasks in a busy dynamic logistics environment.
- Transport Compliance and Geographic knowledge if N. Ireland/ R.O.I is desirable but can be trained
