We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Product Specialist to lead the Data Insight Commercial Team. In this role, you will drive growth, guide strategic decision-making, and cultivate global client relationships to bring cutting-edge offerings to market. Key Responsibilities:
- Asset Optimization & Commercialization:
- Advise pharmaceutical and healthcare partners on commercial strategies to optimize product portfolios.
- Extract real-world insights from product innovation through development to commercialization.
- Value, Access & Outcomes:
- Demonstrate product value and effectiveness to global stakeholders.
- Identify and unlock the full potential of products, ensuring positive health outcomes and broad market access.
- Medical Strategy & Communications:
- Translate complex scientific and clinical data into compelling value propositions for healthcare providers, regulators, payers, and patients.
- Develop clear, consistent messaging to highlight product benefits and breakthroughs.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage key decision-makers across procurement, scientific, and executive functions globally.
- Develop and maintain strategic client relationships through proactive outreach and consistent, value-driven engagement.
- Support go-to-market strategies for new and existing service lines and products, ensuring alignment with market needs and opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create integrated, cross-practice solutions and identify broad, long-term programs of work.
- Drive business development efforts, generating leads, managing pipelines, and converting opportunities into revenue growth through outbound activities, marketing campaigns, and conference participation.
- Oversee proposal and pitch development, ensuring that we offer the right solutions to the right clients for maximum impact.
- Deliver compelling presentations, pitches, and discussions that resonate with prospective clients and industry stakeholders.
- Cultivate a culture of excellence and delivery, continuously improving processes, frameworks, and methodologies within the global Business Development team.
- Serve as an internal business partner to the Evidence & Access (E&A) division, providing commercial insight and fostering a high level of business acumen across teams.
