We are partnering exclusively with a well-established manufacturing business operating within the industrial sector, supplying specialist products to a broad range of commercial customers across the UK. The organisation is continuing to invest in its people, processes, and facilities as part of its long-term growth strategy.
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced QHSE Manager to join my client's team to drive forward the next stage of their QHSE strategy.
Reporting to the Operations & Systems Director, this hands-on role will take responsibility for all Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental activities:
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation and ISO standards
- Lead internal and external audits, inspections, and investigations
- Maintain and develop the ISO 9001 Quality Management System
- Produce QHSE reports, KPI data and trend analysis for senior management
- Maintain quality records, calibration logs, and procedural documentation
- Chair QHSE and quality meetings
- Manage and support the Quality Assurance Technician
- Conduct product inspections and review technical drawings where required
NEBOSH General Certificate (essential)
Full UK driving licence
£45,000 - £50,000 depending on experience
~25 days holiday plus bank holidays
~ Pension scheme
~ Travel to Essex site as required
