A long-established industrial group with sites in Hereford is on the lookout for a Group HSQE Manager to take the lead on all things Health, Safety, Quality, and Environment. This role offers the chance to make a real impact across three operational sites, reporting directly to the MD, and working closely with senior leadership.
The Role
- Leading the group’s health & safety systems (SSOW, RAs, audits, training)
- Managing and developing ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001 frameworks
- Driving environmental initiatives and compliance
- Handling quality systems, audits, and customer complaints
- Creating a proactive culture around safety and continuous improvement
- Influencing at all levels from shopfloor to boardroom
What You’ll Need
- NEBOSH qualified
- Lead Auditor certified (ISO 9001 and/or ISO 14001/45001)
- 5+ years in a similar HSQE leadership role
- Manufacturing or industrial background strongly preferred
- Great communication, influencing, and leadership skills
- Confidence working across multiple sites
