We are supporting BioChek β Smart Veterinary Diagnostics, a growing organisation within the life sciences sector, in the search for a Quality Assurance Manager. This is a key leadership role responsible for shaping and maintaining the Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and driving continuous improvement across operations. Working within a collaborative and evolving environment, youβll partner with cross-functional teams to influence quality strategy while remaining hands-on in delivery.
This position offers the opportunity to lead quality assurance activities in a dynamic and forward-thinking environment. You will play a central role in maintaining ISO standards, enhancing quality processes, and supporting business growth through robust QA strategy and systems.
- Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of the Quality Management System
- Oversee document control systems, including record management and archiving
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed quality across the product lifecycle
- Prepare and present quality metrics and reports to leadership
- Facilitate customer complaint processes and stakeholder communication
- Support and develop a small QA team, including training and performance oversight
Proven experience in a quality assurance role within a regulated environment. Strong experience working with ISO9001 and GMP quality systems. Strong organisational and time management skills with attention to detail. Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation capabilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. Degree in a relevant field (desirable).
