Production Technician – Animal Health Manufacturing

30 hours per week – rotating shifts

We are recruiting a Production Technician to join an established animal health manufacturing team. This hands-on opportunity would suit either a recent science graduate or someone with production experience who is comfortable working at technician level.

The role:
\n
- \n
- Carry out manufacturing and packaging operations in accordance with SOPs.
- Work to GMP, quality, hygiene and health and safety standards.
- Complete in-process checks, environmental monitoring and batch documentation.
- Operate production equipment and perform basic maintenance and changeovers.
- Report deviations, safety concerns and mechanical issues promptly.
- Support process improvements and wider departmental projects.
- Maintain accurate records and a safe, organised working environment.

About you:

- A science-related degree is preferred but not essential.
- Manufacturing, production or laboratory experience would be advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach.
- Comfortable following regulated procedures and completing documentation.
- A proactive and collaborative team player.

Shift pattern:
\n
The role operates on a rotating three-week pattern:
\n
- \n
- Monday–Wednesday, 7:30am–6:00pm
- Seven days off
- Thursday–Saturday, 7:30am–6:00pm
- Sunday off
- Monday–Wednesday, 7:30am–6:00pm

Due to the site’s location and working hours, applicants must have their own transport.
