Logistics Administrator Stanford-le-Hope, Essex £28,000 - £30,000 + Benefits Permanent | Full-Time | Monday - Friday | On-Site Company Overview My client is a well-established and growing chemical manufacturing business supplying specialist products to customers across the automotive, aerospace, motorsport, and industrial sectors.

Operating within a highly regulated manufacturing environment, the business has built a strong reputation for quality, technical expertise, and customer service.

Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit a proactive and organised Logistics Administrator to join their busy operations team.

The Role This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Logistics Administrator to play a key role in coordinating the movement of goods throughout the supply chain.

Working closely with Commercial, Production, Procurement, Customs, and third-party logistics providers, you'll ensure customer deliveries are planned efficiently, documentation is accurate and compliant, and transport activities run smoothly on a day-to-day basis.

This is a fast-paced role that would suit someone who enjoys working collaboratively, has excellent attention to detail, and thrives in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily inbound and outbound logistics schedules.

Arrange transport and liaise with third-party hauliers to ensure on-time deliveries.

Prepare accurate shipping and transport documentation in line with regulatory requirements.

Monitor deliveries and obtain Proofs of Delivery (PODs).

Maintain logistics records, KPIs, and shipment documentation.

Support export and international shipments, including customs administration.

Assist with compliance activities and export documentation.

Build strong working relationships with internal departments and external logistics providers.

Provide general administrative support to the wider Logistics team.
