You will own the Quality function, lead a small team (Quality Lead and Quality Inspector) and work closely with Production and Sales to drive quality standards and continuous improvement.
The role requires practical shop-floor involvement, strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949, and a track record of tackling non-conformances, CAPAs and audits.
