As a Health & Safety Manager, you’ll support the business in maintaining and promoting safe working practices across multiple sites. This is a hands-on role that involves regular travel, with your time split between the Walsall office and various UK project locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to ensure compliance with legislation and internal standards
  • Support the delivery of toolbox talks and on-site safety briefings
  • Assist in reviewing and updating health and safety policies and procedures
  • Work closely with site teams and subcontractors to embed a positive safety culture
  • Help investigate incidents and near misses, contributing to continuous improvement
  • Provide day-to-day support and guidance on health and safety matters

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a Construction environment
  • NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate (or equivalent)
  • Good understanding of UK health and safety legislation
  • Full UK Driving Licence and willingness to travel
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • The right to work in the UK
