A well-established manufacturing business is seeking a Production Operative to support the safe and efficient output of high-quality products. This role plays an important part in maintaining production standards, contributing to continuous improvement activities, and supporting day-to-day factory operations across a rotating shift pattern.

Nottingham (On-site)
Shift Pattern
- Weekly rotating shifts: 06:00β14:00 (mornings)
- 14:00β22:00 (afternoons)
- 22:00β06:00 (nights)
Responsibilities:
- Follow all site safety rules, policies and legal requirements (including COSHH and Health & Safety at Work Act).
- Maintain compliance with BS EN ISO 9001, BS EN ISO 14001 and BS EN 9100 standards.
- Operate production equipment efficiently while reducing waste and cost.
- Support ongoing improvements to products, processes, and procedures.
- Maintain excellent levels of cleanliness, orderliness, and equipment care.
- Assist with general factory duties across the site & contribute to site security as required.
- Participate in all training provided by the company.
- Support Team Leaders and colleagues to ensure smooth shift operations.
Requirements:
- Experience working within a production or manufacturing environment (ideal but not essential).
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Basic numeracy & computer literacy skills.
- Able to work effectively in a team and independently once trained.
