We’re partnering with a growing international group to find a commercially driven UK Product Manager to lead their market entry in the chemicals sector. This is a unique opportunity to introduce a high-quality, high-performance fuel product—trusted across Europe—to key UK industries including chemicals, agriculture, and light machinery. You’ll take charge of building operations from the ground up, developing strategic customer relationships, and laying the foundation for a future UK team. The Role
You’ll drive the UK go-to-market strategy, overseeing everything from customer development to supply chain and logistics. Initially, you’ll lead operations directly, becoming the main point of contact for key accounts, with the potential to scale and manage a team as the business grows.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Market Launch & Strategy
- Deliver the UK market entry strategy for a specialist fuel product with chemical applications
- Set up and manage supply chain operations including warehousing, transport, and logistics
- Build commercial presence with distributors, trade partners, and industrial customers
- Customer & Commercial Development
- Own relationships with large accounts and central purchasing teams
- Educate customers on product performance, end-use benefits, and sustainability impact
- Lead contract negotiations covering pricing, delivery terms, and cooperation agreements
- Team & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with global teams (Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, Marketing, Product)
- Define UK team structure and lead recruitment planning as operations grow
- Foster a collaborative, high-performance team environment

- Track UK performance metrics, revenue, and profitability
