About the Role

As a Production Operative, you’ll be working hands‑on with equipment and materials used to manufacture oral pouches. You'll help ensure each batch meets precise specifications, from accurate measurements to final packaging. What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Operate and monitor filling and packaging machines
  • Prepare and measure ingredients like nicotine, caffeine, and flavourings

  • Accurately record batch and production data
  • Support machine changeovers, cleaning, and routine maintenance
  • Follow safety, hygiene, and standard operating procedures
  • Contribute to product trials and continuous improvement projects
  • Help maintain a tidy and organised production area
