Job Summary
From September 2026, Cranleigh seeks a friendly, professional, and flexible part‑time minibus driver (10‑20 hrs per week) to join our transport team and ensure safe, timely transportation of pupils to and from school.
Responsibilities
- Drive morning bus routes starting approximately 06:30.
- Drive evening bus routes starting approximately 17:30.
- Work Monday to Friday during term time only, with flexibility to adjust based on demand and route development.
- Provide additional hours for school trips and car‑parking duties as required.
Qualifications
- Previous experience driving a minibus.
- Current clean, valid driving licence with D1 (unrestricted/PCV licence or D1 restricted with a car licence obtained prior to 01/01/1997).
- Reliability, trustworthiness, helpful and patient demeanour with genuine care for pupil safety and welfare.
- Ability to manage time effectively and a flexible approach to working arrangements.
Salary & Benefits
Competitive hourly salary of £16.00 per hour, inclusive of holiday pay. Benefits include free parking and access to school sport and fitness facilities.
