Cranleigh School in the picturesque Surrey Hills is seeking an organised HR & Recruitment Coordinator to support both HR operations and recruitment across the School. Reporting to the HR & Wellbeing Officer and the Recruitment Specialist, you will manage onboarding, appraisals, contracts, safeguarding checks, and maintain our HRIS/ATS systems, while coordinating vacancies and interviews.
