We are looking for a capable and organised individual to join our team in this key dual role. You will provide essential support to the Deputy Head and the Deputy Head (Pastoral) while overseeing student attendance records.
The Role
- Executive Support: Manage busy diaries, handle correspondence, and assist with documentation for the Deputy Head and Deputy Head (Pastoral).
- Attendance & Safeguarding: Lead the daily monitoring and reporting of pupil attendance, ensuring all records are accurate and follow-up actions are taken promptly.
- Coordination: Act as a professional point of contact for parents and staff, and assist with the smooth running of school events.
What we’re looking for
You should have a strong background in administration or PA work including diary management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multi-task and manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Experience in a school setting or with iSAMS is a plus, but a proactive approach and high attention to detail are most important.
