This is an established wealth management practice with multiple offices across the South, supporting clients through long-term, relationship-led financial planning. The business has a strong operational structure in place, with dedicated teams across paraplanning, client services and technical support. Leadership is collaborative, with Team Leaders working closely together to ensure consistency, quality and ongoing development across departments.
Role Details
- Leading the Technical Support Team, including Annual Review, Bereavement and PA support functions.
- Managing a team of approximately 10–15 individuals, including performance reviews, mentoring and development.
- Overseeing the Annual Review process, ensuring consistency, quality and adherence to service levels.
- Acting as an escalation point for technical queries and process challenges.
- Managing workflow across the team to ensure efficiency and timely delivery.
- Working closely with other Team Leaders across paraplanning and client services to maintain alignment.
- Supporting and improving processes, ensuring a structured and solution-focused approach across the team.
This is a role that requires both technical confidence and resilience, particularly when managing complex cases and stakeholder expectations.
