The Opportunity
Our client, a growing Wealth Planning Practice, is looking to appoint a highly organised and personable PA/Wealth Planning Administrator to join their team. This is a key role focused on delivering a high-quality client experience while supporting the Financial Adviser in maintaining long-term, trusted relationships with private clients. If you enjoy building relationships, keeping things organised behind the scenes, and being central to a smooth, professional client journey, this role offers a strong blend of client interaction and operational responsibility.
The Role
You will act as a main point of contact for clients, ensuring all servicing, communication and administration is handled efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Servicing
- Act as a day-to-day contact for clients, providing a responsive and proactive service
- Maintain regular communication around reviews, documentation and ongoing servicing
- Build strong, lasting relationships through professional and personable interactions
- Coordinate annual and ad hoc client reviews, including preparation and follow-up
- Ensure clients are kept informed throughout their financial planning journey
- Handle client enquiries and escalate more complex matters where needed
- Adviser Practice Support
- Support Financial Advisers with client servicing and relationship management
- Prepare meeting packs, valuations, reports and client correspondence
- Monitor workflow pipelines and ensure tasks are completed within agreed timescales
What We’re Looking For
- Experience within a Wealth Planning Practice
- Strong client service and relationship management skills
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a busy environment
- Confident communicator, both written and verbal
